ABOUT CHEF YVONNE

Hi, I’m Chef Yvonne and I have a passion for teaching and cooking. I am a graduate of the Culinary Education Center in NJ where I am currently a Chef Instructor.  I have attended culinary schools in Italy, Spain, New Orleans and New York. I also have a Bachelors Degree in Business and a Masters Degree in Mathematics Education. My years of teaching high school math taught me the skills needed to explain and model culinary techniques. I also completed a series of recipe writing classes at Cooper Union in NYC, so my recipes are easy to follow and extremely detailed. Cooking is my passion and I am thrilled to share my knowledge and excitement through one-on-one and small group cooking experiences with people who want to learn and/or improve their cooking skills.
